Tell us about Tru Potential, what do you help people with, how long have you been in business and where are you based? Tru Potential is a personal development business which aims to help people get from where they are to where they need to be in order to live a life that it is true alignment with who they are. My clients are ones that have identified that they have emotional blocks preventing them from living and discovering their truest potential. They are those who have reached a stage in their lives where they have had enough of carrying the burden of old wounds and baggage that no longer serves them. I help them identify those blocks and detach from them. I am based in Hertfordshire and I have been in this field for 10 years but only active as a facilitator (Coach) for 7 years. Can you tell us, why you started Tru Potential and what led you to go down this path? It was a friend of mine who is a very successful GP. He would always say that I had a innate ability to connect with people. He said that I would make a great Therapist as people not only always called upon me for advice but he felt I had a great way of motivating change. I decided to explore his opinions because I’ve always had a desire to help, heal and understand the human mind. I began by studying psychotherapy and life coaching. I then went on to becoming a mindfulness coach then went on further to obtaining a diploma in EFT. How does your business benefit your local community? By giving them a greater insight into just how powerful we are as spiritual beings. A lot of us are still unaware that we can heal ourselves and I provide some amazing tools. What's your favourite part of running Tru Potential? Knowing that I have changed someone’s perspective of self What's your least favourite part of running Tru Potential? Social Media presence! Even though I am beginning to enjoy it a little bit more now that I am learning how to be creative. If you were talking to someone who was just starting out in your field, what advice would you give them? You must work on yourself daily, invest time in your own personal development. Use the knowledgeable and tools you have learned on yourself and work on any areas that you feel you have blocks. Can you tell us which one or two marketing activities have brought in new clients to your business?
TikTok and word of mouth more recently. I am yet to invest in campaigns. Can you tell us which collaboration partners you are looking for? I would love to collaborate with women entrepreneurial groups/people to get feedback and insight. Imposter syndrome, lack of self confidence etc can have massive implications to our success. I am working on creating more awareness to those issues as well as where they stem from. I’d also like to work with experts in shadow work too Finally, how can people get in touch with you? Can you list your website and social media channels here www.Trupotential.co.uk Instagram: tru_potentialdevelopment
