As a Soul Realignment Practitioner, I specialise in helping my clients to understand how they can joyfully embody their Soul’s higher purpose within their human experience by reconnecting with their deeper truth, unlocking the gifts and talents of their Divine Soul Blueprint, clearing limiting karmic blocks and manifesting their soul-inspired goals with clear intention. 

This work is based on an Akashic record reading and energy clearing process. It provides clear insight into how energy blocks have been created through past choices and practical understanding as to how these blocks can be cleared in order to reconnect with one’s spiritual power and create the soul-led results that are desired in any area of life. 

I have had the pleasure of doing this work since 2013 and my business, Liberated Soul, was officially set up in 2014. I’m based in Northumberland in the UK, where I also practice and teach Reiki healing. However, Soul Realignment sessions and my Akashic record readings are done remotely via phone, so I am luckily able to work with clients all over the world.

Can you tell us, why you started Liberated Soul, what led you to go down this path?

My own spiritual awakening was triggered back in 2005 with the unexpected loss of both of my parents when I was just eighteen. They passed away within a year of each other after suffering complications from chronic disease that came on very suddenly.

​This unanticipated and traumatic experience of finding myself orphaned at a young age was the catalyst that initiated my own healing journey and sparked my desire to understand the deeper workings of life, my higher purpose and how I could reconnect with my inner peace and wellbeing after going through years of PTSD, crippling anxiety and depression. 

I spent many years studying in the holistic healing arts, including herbalism, energy healing, sound and crystal healing, psychic development and Usui Reiki to Master Teacher level.  Reiki healing and Soul Realignment in particular played a significant part in my personal healing journey and I ultimately found that by reconnecting with my deeper truth and higher consciousness I was able to make empowering shifts in my life.

I now see that the painful experiences I went through held a precious gift; the opportunity to find my own holistic healing path that led to a reconnection with my soul purpose. The therapy work I do is based on a combination of holistic and spiritual principles of health and wellness and is focussed on healing at the multidimensional level of being; incorporating body, mind and spirit as one.

How does Liberated Soul benefit your local community?

With a dedicated healing space in my back garden, I’ve had the pleasure of doing Reiki healing sessions, sound and crystal healing, Usui Reiki training and Soul readings for a good number of people in my local community in Northumberland.

I absolutely love to see the positive transformation following a healing session and I feel immense gratitude at the wonderful feedback that I receive (I often hear, “I feel amazing!” following a session) which tells me that this work provides my clients with an empowering reconnection to their wellbeing, inner peace and inspiration.

What's your favourite part of running Liberated Soul?

My favourite aspect of my business is definitely connecting with my clients and seeing the positive transformation that they experience. Also, it’s such a positive feeling doing work that lights me up and knowing that my work is aligned with my soul purpose and is a reflection of my authentic truth.

And, your least favourite?

To be entirely honest, I’m not particularly fond of some of the more administrative aspects of running a business, such as completing my tax return! I understand the necessity of it, I just don’t enjoy it! 

If you were talking to someone who was just starting out in your field, what advice would you give them?

​​Self knowledge is one of the most valuable assets in life and business. Get clear on who you are; your purpose and your unique WHY and build your business around those core truths. It’s far easier to stay committed to building your business from a place of alignment, authenticity and inspiration rather than doing what you think you ‘should’ do.

Which one or two marketing activities have brought in new clients to your business?

Joining local (or relevant) Facebook groups and promoting my offerings in there - if allowed, and sparingly - has gotten me new leads and clients. I love to work with moon phases to optimise the energetic potency behind my offerings, so I post my promotional material just after the New Moon each month.  Also, I’m very lucky to get a lot of work from client referrals.

Who could you collaborate or partner with in the future to grow your business?

I’m currently focussed on promoting Soul Realignment and my Akashic record readings at the moment, which are done remotely. I feel I would be a good fit to partner with someone who also works online and specialises in holistic healing modalities, or spiritual development. I use a lot of crystals and essential oils in my Reiki healing practice too, so I could possibly recommend such products to my local clients.
